What is Synchology’s role as a program manager?

As a trusted partner, we will work with you to define and develop innovative programs that will embody your brand and cater to your audience. A dedicated client management team will be asigned to your program and will be with you through the entire build process and on through post launch management. We act as client advocate with issuing banks, processors, payment networks and vendors. We also provide key program metrics that drive decisions to manage your program and increase profitability.

What are Affinity Prepaid Debit cards?
Affinity Prepaid Debit cards are very similar to debit cards issued with checking accounts. The accounts are issued by FDIC insured partner financial institutions. Additionally, the accounts are available to nearly anyone who can prove US residency with a verifiable ID. Synchology’s products run on open payment networks including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Please note: Our accounts are not linked to 3rd party consumer checking accounts as with decoupled debit programs. Cards may certainly be linked to 3rd party accounts for funding purposes.

Can I add my own rewards to the rewards platform?
Yes, your products and services may be added to our catalog and if your brand has a point, gift card or other currency system, reward value may be transferred directly to you.
Do you outsource your call center?
No, our sibling company Total Card, Inc. operates two domestic call centers in Sioux Falls, SD and Luverne, MN.
